At Kiara, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

• Refunds are accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
